About The Heirs Church
A Church of all Generations, A Church of all Nations.
We represent our church as a church meant for all age groups; families, young adults, singles, and the elderly. We are a church of all generations – from grandparents to parents to single children and infants; we want them all. The Heirs Church, though started as a campus-based ministry is not a student church, the campus arm is gradually being founded at The Third Day Church.
The vision that the Lord has given to us is to be a church that’s able to accommodate all nations, thus we are at a point where we want to position ourselves as a church of all nations truly, where we see men and women of different tribes, languages, races, and colors joining in, finding the warmth of brotherhood in Christ and where men of former slaves and former slave owners will share fellowship around Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, dwelling peacefully together as brethren, without any reason to feel anything is out of place or missing in the service experience they have had.
Every element in use is impeccable and every aspect is carefully curated to be universally acceptable.
Mission & Purpose
When we talk about The Heirs Church vision, what we envision is a large, Christ-centered community of believers, reaching and influencing the world with the gospel on all the earth and reigning in this life.We believe that we are a church of all generations (young, adult, old aged) and a church of all nations (all races, all colors) so there’s nothing Nigerian about us, nor is there anything youthful about us.
This is our vision and it is for this mandate that you have been beckoned upon, in order for you to partner in the achievement of the said vision.
Our Beliefs & Values
The local church is the temporal, visible manifestation of the universal church. The local church meets on earth, the meeting is time bound but the universal church will only meet together when we get to heaven and meet with Jesus; that meeting is for the whole of eternity. Even if there was an attempt, there would be no possibility of the whole church of Jesus on earth meeting together, as a result of this, revealing the importance of the the local church.
What is the purpose of our whole operation and activity as a church?
⁃ To bring honor and glory to the Lord, who is the head of the church. This is the ultimate goal of the church.
⁃ For edification of the saints. The believers who make up the membership need to be built up, so that they may realize all the things God has provided for Christian living and come into spiritual maturity.
⁃ For commandeering the church and inspiring them to be a part of the work of ministry – a people building up the body of Christ and winning the souls of the unsaved into the kingdom of God.
